1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Majalo VSL website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Majalo LLC ("Majalo VSL," "we," "us," or "our") provides the AI Sales Engine Install — a done-for-you service that includes VSL script creation, funnel structure design, email sequence writing, automation mapping, and related deliverables. Services are delivered during a structured one-day engagement.

3. Qualification & Engagement

Submitting a qualification form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion. Upon acceptance, specific terms including pricing, scope, and timelines will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the install day.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to the scheduled install day unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable once the install day has commenced. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all deliverables created during your install day, including the VSL script, landing page copy, email sequences, and automation blueprints. Majalo LLC retains the right to reference the engagement in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the strategy intake process. The quality and effectiveness of deliverables depend on the information you provide. You are responsible for implementing the deliverables and any associated costs (e.g., hosting, email platforms, ad spend).

7. Results Disclaimer

While we use proven frameworks and strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors including your offer, market, implementation, and effort. Any examples or case studies shared are illustrative and not guarantees of future performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majalo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and any materials produced during the install day until publicly released.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
